Do you offer a bond back guarantee?
No — and we're upfront about why. A bond back guarantee sounds reassuring, but it's an empty promise if there's pre-existing damage in the property that no amount of cleaning can fix. If there are scratches, carpet burns, or something picked up on the incoming inspection report, that's not something a cleaner can resolve. What we do guarantee is a thorough, real-estate-grade clean that gives you the best possible chance. That's why local agencies keep choosing Sadie's Shine.
How much does a bond clean cost?
It depends on the size and condition of the property. A one-bedroom might be $400–$500. A three-bedroom, one-bathroom is typically around $1,000 — bond cleaning covers every inch of the property, including inside cupboards, windows, and appliances. Ovens are quoted separately at $150–$200 because they require specialist products and take at least two hours to do properly. We'll inspect in person or review photos to give you a flat-rate quote before we start.
What's included in a bond clean?
Everything — floors, ceilings, walls, windows, all surfaces, inside every cupboard and drawer, bathrooms, kitchen including stovetop and rangehood, light fittings, blinds, and tracks. Ovens are quoted separately. We don't leave until it's at real estate inspection standard.
Are you insured and police checked?
Yes. We carry public liability insurance and all staff and contractors are police checked. This isn't optional for us — it protects you and it protects the business.
Do you do regular fortnightly or weekly cleans?
Yes. We start with an initial refresh clean to get the property up to standard, then ongoing fortnightly (or weekly) visits to maintain it. We customise the clean to what you actually need — not a generic checklist.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. We bring everything needed for the job, including specialist products for bond and deep cleans.
How do you price regular cleans?
Regular cleans are quoted on an hourly basis. Every home is different — size, condition, pets, and specific focus areas all affect how long a job takes. We discuss scope upfront so there are no surprises.
Do you clean ovens?
Yes — ovens are quoted separately because they're a proper job in their own right. Specialist products, minimum two hours, and the result should look close to brand new. Budget around $150–$200 per oven.
Do you service Airbnb properties?
Yes. Turnaround cleans between guests, presented to hosting standard. Contact us to discuss frequency and scheduling.
What areas do you cover?
We cover Umina Beach, Woy Woy, Gosford, Ettalong Beach, and the broader Central Coast peninsula. Contact us if you're outside this area — we'll let you know if we can help.
Do you do commercial or office cleaning?
Not currently. Our focus is residential — bond cleans, regular home cleans, and deep cleans.
How do I book?
Call or message us. We'll discuss the job, confirm scope, and provide a quote. For bond and deep cleans we'll either inspect in person or review photos first.
