End-of-Lease Cleaning Done the Right Way

Bond cleaning isn't the same as a regular clean. Every surface is covered — inside every cupboard and drawer, every window, every skirting board, every light fitting. It's an all-day job done to the standard a property manager actually inspects to. Sadie's Shine has been doing this work for local real estate agencies, and they keep coming back because the standard is consistent and reliable.

What a Bond Clean Covers

A full end-of-lease clean covers the entire property from floor to ceiling. Nothing is skipped.

All floors — vacuumed and mopped throughout
All surfaces — benches, shelves, window sills, skirting boards
Windows — inside and out (accessible)
Blinds, tracks, and flyscreens
Bathrooms — shower screens, grout, sinks, toilets, tiles
Kitchen — stovetop, rangehood, splashback, cupboards inside and out
Inside all cupboards, drawers, and wardrobes
Light fittings and ceiling fans
Walls — spot cleaned as required
Oven — quoted separately ($150–$200)

Bond Cleaning Questions

Why don't you offer a bond back guarantee?
Because it's not something any honest cleaner can promise. Pre-existing damage — scratches, carpet burns, scuff marks — won't be fixed by cleaning. If we haven't seen the incoming inspection report, we can't take responsibility for what was already there. What we do promise is a thorough, inspection-ready clean. That's why agencies keep using us.
How much does a bond clean cost?
A one-bedroom might be $400–$500. A three-bedroom, one-bathroom is typically around $1,000. Ovens are quoted separately at $150–$200. We'll inspect or review photos to give you a flat-rate quote — never an estimate that blows out on the day.
Do I need to be there for the clean?
No. We arrange key access and you can collect keys once the job is done. Many clients hand keys directly to us.
